Through my many years of experience, I have developed certain processes that facilitate the management of change for my clients. These templates for change are a starting point, depending upon your needs at the outset of our work.
I have organised your potential change into programmes so that we can build from an appropriate starting point; each client is treated individually, taking into account their current issues, external influencing factors and their desires. As a result each of my clients will have their own achievable goals and schedule for success.
Here are just a few of the programs I have in my arsenal:
- Nutrition and Wellbeing - where the priority is to ensure your ongoing optimum health and wellbeing using nutritional education and support for your new lifestyle.
- Weight Loss Programs - this is my most popular program which does precisely what it says on the tin.
- Weight Gain Programs - Occasionally weight gain is necessary and I can help with nutritional advice, instruction and progress monitoring.
- Body Building - this program is primarily designed for individuals seeking to gain lean muscle mass, something that is becoming increasingly popular.
- Body Sculpting - either for those whose need to look good is professional or simply for those who want to look good all year round. This usually involves working on muscular definition in both men and women. Ladies on my program often come to me with the intention of lifting their boobs and bums - these programs can be especially useful for postnatal mums.
- Fitness Training Programs - this is probably the most personalised of all my programmes as each person has differing initial fitness levels at the outset; different ambitions such as marathon running, fitness for team sports. Of course it is not necessary to have a particular goal, fitness and the feel-good factor can be a goal in itself; until you’ve felt the difference it’s hard to explain just how amazing improvements in cardiovascular or strength are. For this programme a good deal of one-to-one work and coaching is required.
- Fitness Teaching Programs - this program is for individuals who want to learn how to get and stay fit. I arm you with the knowledge you need to ensure consistent progress and to meet your goals and personal objectives. You'll learn exactly how to gain success from working smarter, not harder.
